When asked what motivates her to maintain her physical fitness, the 37-year-old TV personality responded, "What motivates me is that I should feel good about myself when I look in the mirror. My weight is unimportant; what counts is whether or not I am healthy. Being healthy is more important than having a certain body type or weight because nothing is more important than your health, if the epidemic has taught us anything at all.

Since that is not who I am, I am not spending five hours in the gym. I enjoy trying new things because I easily become bored. I'll swim for two months, or I'll do Pilates or horseback riding. Therefore, I must continue to switch up my exercise routine because doing so helps me learn new things and stay in shape.
